Sri. Mazhar Javeed, K.E.S., CEO of Nimah Urban Scape Real Estate, brings over three decades of leadership and technical expertise in civil engineering and infrastructure development. A graduate of NITK Surathkal and a distinguished officer of the Karnataka Engineering Services, he has held key positions including Engineer-in-Chief of the Water Resources Development Organisation and Chief Project Officer for the Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project. Throughout his tenure with various government departments and development authorities, he has overseen major road, housing, industrial, and irrigation projects across Karnataka, many funded by international agencies such as the World Bank and ADB. At Nimah Urban Scape, he channels his vast experience to drive sustainable urban development and real estate innovation.
